Hi Mike and welcome, hope you enjoy the bus mate.
Us lot do get out occasionally so keep an eye out on the "riding not talking section".

As far as the tyres go I just run the standard road 4's.

Thanks guys, it's currently got a road 4 rear and power 3 front. Think I will go the standard road 4's all round. Will be good to catch up for a ride at some point. Oh.....and I'm SOR in Atwell.

Welcome Mike, I run the standard pilot 4's and have done about 8000kms on them and be it high speeds, heavy cornering, raining or stinking hot tarmac they are great tyres. Looking forward to seeing you on the road.

Go the std PR4, I have over 12,000kms on mine with plenty of tread left. The grip in the wet is amazing. If you want lighter steering in the twistys get 190/55 rear, if you do more long distance touring on straight roads stay with the std 190/50 profile. With the 55 profile on the rear the whole bike felt 20 kgs lighter!
