Blinker Lenses

Has anyone purchased a front indicator lense.Just picked one up at the local Suzi dealer and could only buy the complete indicator assembly-$82-00.Was told that the parts manual does not have an individual Part Number for the lense only.Seems odd when the lense can be separated from the assy any ideas ????.............................Graeme.

After market, they are available somewhere. They are also available in clear. I know this doesn't really help you, as I don't know who or where, but they are around.

G'day Bone,

I purchased a LH Indicator assembly after a collision with an Indian Minor. The bird came off 2nd best but caused a little damage.
It cracked my indicator lens along with one of the two lugs which holds the assembly in the fairing.
I purchased a complete assembly (lens included) for $56.00 at Peter Stevens Dandenong. I had to back order it from Japan and it took about 2 weeks to arrive.
I believe the clear after market lens are expensive and don't know of anybody who makes a standard aftermarket amber lens?

Regards,

Macka.

Thanks Richard and Macka, looks like I might as well stick with the assy I have already purchased, bit expensive but at least I have it.
Macka lucky it was'nt an Indian Major, would have caused a lot more damage!

You're right, an Indian Major would have definately tarnished my darling Busa's pretty face.
It's not easy avoiding wildlife up here in the hills! We have it all to contend with...
