Victoria's most policed road?

What's the most heavily patrolled road in Vic that is popular with motorcyclists in your opinion/experience?

Based on my recent riding I would have to suggest that at the moment it's the Kinglake West - Yea road. (Been there twice recently and seen TOG both times).

Any other "hot spots"?

Not quite what you're asking, but I have noticed the unmarked cars patrolling city link a lot more than it deserves...

And Kinglake area does seem to be getting more attention recently, too.
