I did the Manilla Rally and the Merriwa rally a couple of times.
I prefer the comfort of Motels these days.

A rally is ride that has been advertise (eg a magazine or someone has told you about). You would ride to this site wherever it maybe & when u get there you would find many other bikes & riders from all over. Yes it is over night so dont forget your camping gear, food & whatever you prefer to drink. ps motorcycle news is a good mag to find them in

Crispy, Did the Long Flat Rally last year, had a great time. I'm keen to do it again this year.

Gaz i was there. I had great ride down the oxley in the dark on my old katana. hope to see ya there next time.

If your more in to camping then partying keep eye out for the one that say byo everthing. The alpine rally is a good camping one little cold that all. Most bike mags post upcoming events & rallies. ever rally is diffent so go to more than one to find what you like. If it all fails your out riding anyway. let us all now how you go
