Any tricks to flushing out the radiator
#1
As I am enjoying tinkering (and my wife is in hospital caring for our new born), I thought I might flush the radiator, just so I know whoever ends up getting her, is free from stress.

Anyway, I don't want to assume anything, so just wanted to check how bets to accomplish this task. Any trick I should be aware of if I decide to go ahead?

Thanks for your help guys and gals, it is appreciated, and if I do have to sell her, hope you don;t mind, but I'd like to stick around - who knows, one day I might just throw a leg over again.

Flushing is the easy part, just undo the hose clamp and pull hose off at water pump. Problem is getting all the air out when refilling, fill with fluid and lay bike over as far as possible from side to side and top up. Keep an eye on the overflow bottle as the level will most likely drop until all the air has been purged.
