mutha i would love to do bikram yoga.it sounds awesome,,
from what you explained

I'm glad your back Cheeky Smitten

If can find a Bikram yoga classes near you, I say go for it.
It takes a few days to get into it, first time I walked into the heated room. my thoughts were omg this is so hot.
I was a bag of mess, half way through my first class.
The main thing is to get used to being in the heated room.
Even if you can't manage all of the postures, just lye on your yoga mat and sit it out until the next posture.
Drink water before during and after classes and a empty tummy when practicing Bikram Yoga! or you will know it!!!

By the end of your 1st class, it does become easier.
You will be amazed at how far the human body can stretch.
Bikram Yoga brings out your best!
The teachers a fantastic and always helpful!
I wish you were here with me for 3 months Very Happy I have you wearing a size 8 in no time Yes
never fly higher than your angel.
