Anybody keen to hit the road this weekend. If we are very keen we could have a crack for somewhere like Mudgee where the roads are open and fast.

Hello again,

I've got to do a Victorian. Buggered my knee at work, I can barely walk, let alone ride a motorcycle. Poxy company wouldnt even arrange transport for me when i did hurt it, so the hotbus rode home with one leg locked into the footpeg. Lucky it was the right or the whole trip would have been 2nd gear.

Stick the ice on and off for 20 mins at a time and no heat.
Been there done that.
If you don't treat it right you could be out of action for quite a while.
