i cant emphasize this enough.......DONT FARK AROUND WITH YOUR CLUTCH BASKET JUST TO ADD A MODDED GPS.

all due respect to smithy he makes some great stuff, but im fully against the above mentioned.

Id check with speedohealer if they make a tre for the 08's without a gear indicator that plugs in the usual spot, they know theyre electronics.

despite the very low throttle percentages advantage on a gen 1 you,d be lucky to pick the difference in a tre.I,ve done 9.58 without one.Like simmo said the big gains are stairing you in the face the tre is barely like old to new plugs.

I agree totally. The only advantage that I can see in fitting a TRE to a K8 is to delimit the top speed and with that at or about 300kph, who cares?

No don't need one either, by the time the gen1 trys to get near us we are gone, plus the speed limit on the motorways is only 110kph anyway

QUESTION;
1580cc Big Block Stroker Motor with K8 8 injector throttle body.
1) Any aftermarket injectors to fit this throttlebody & fuel rail for 270HP ?
2) Motoc M800 OK for this ?
3) Has Boostbysmith sorted out a unit for the K8 as yet ?
