Yeah it was me. First puncture in 20yrs motorcycling, no repair kit and no mobile phone signal.
Thank god Dave (Duc13) came to the rescue with a bung repair kit and three gas canisters. Unfortunately the bungs were a bit old and had hardened, along with the glue, and luckily the third and last bung went in and enabled me to limp back to Dwellingup for the servo air hose.
Anyway managed to get home in one piece which was good as I discovered that taking a bend at Mach1 with no air in the rear tyre effects the handling somewhat.
By the looks of the photos we must have just missed everyone else because we had lunch at the same cafe in Dwellingup.
Have to go and buy a new tyre tomorrow which is a shame as the old one only had about 1500km on it.
Once again huge thanks to Dave and Andy for helping and shadowing me home. I'll have a look at the types of repair kits and grab one for just in case (plus a replacement for Daves).
