My Copper Silver is 6/99 VIN is 00249 And if you are recording all 99 colours my Red Black is 7/99 Vin is 00356 Both in excellent road condition

I am happy to stand corrected but I think the clutch switch sets the bike into an idle map which would not provide correct fueling or timing for the bike in gears 1 to 6

You could try this $64.00 (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/321237639278) I bought one and have been very happy with it Mine was for a Gen1 but I think you find this one will fit a Gen2 also
