Not to be too paranoid about this ( just having picked up a new one in Jan 2011) but has anyone experienced this recently or has it been sorted.

I have noticed similar signs in my 08 Gen 2. Will the dealer still fix mine free of charge even though the warranty ran out last year? I don't trust myself to remove the fairing and do it myself is all.
