I had my bike fallover in the shed but luckily i had Oggy knobs fitted.
When i turn the handle bars to lock the steering i always pull back the bike gently ( while my foot stops the side stand) to make sure the stand is locked on.
Its second nature now and even do it on my DRZ 400, but after seeing the bike fall over its something i dont want to do again
