Admin Team is stood down

It is with great reluctance that I have now stood down all admins belonging to the current admin team, due to discord amongst its members. Any admin team have to work in unison and harmony, when not it can no longer function effectively. So I am left with little choice but to stand them down. However that does not mean that any one of them cannot return in being an admin, just if they do it will have to be part of a team that are able to work together.

So my intention is to form a new team that will be able to commence its duties as board admins starting from Jan. 1 2010 Until then admin duties will be left to myself and DJ if he so wishes. I may not read all posts if however you feel a post needs the consideration of an admin, please report it with the 'report' button available or PM me.

Those wishing to nominate themselves and or nominate another with acceptance of the nominee, will be considered for the position/s. This will not be a vote nor a popularity contest. But a consideration of who may best fill the position/s.

Let me just add, that I will not tolerate flaming or personal attacks against any one individual. I will take immediate and harsh action to any who abuse this board. May I remind you we are now in the season of Good Will and Cheer to others, I trust that you will all show that in your posts for the remaining part of the year.

One further matter is to advise you that this board will be closed to all for Christmas and Boxing Day when you should be spending time with your family and not here. But theres an added reason in seeing our CPU usage stats which were having problems with, when the board is shut down for 2 days. It will close just before midnight of the 24th and reopen just after midnight the 27th. allowing 2 full days of non usage.

Finally just in Wishing you one and all a very Merry Christmas and Seasonal Greetings.

We haven't had any problems since the admin team was disbanded, and that is a credit to all. Some of the admins were like one-legged tap dancers there for a while, but that is not the case now. If we continue this way, let's worry about it after Christmas. There will always be disagreements, but I don't believe they have the potential to split the club.

You guys have been around for ten years. Very impressive. And not only have you done that but you've been able to do that while calling a spade a spade. I'm an E series Ford fan and there are several very established forums that cater for my tin top tastes that dont have anywhere near the comraderie that I see here. In fact, a good, well frequented forum that had a bit of go to it was a large part of me choosing what bike I was going to trade up the jolly green tugboat on

I cant tell you how happy I am that it was the aussie forum of the worlds fastest sports bike

(and thank you Lord that it wasn't the Hyosung 250 forum )

ive been tempted to say something early in the peice but i sort some advice and was give some really good advice at the time,but now i think its time i said something.

we call our selves a club so as a club and as a member of this club i think we need to wait till the new year b4 we start going on with who is the best adim , but in saying that i will be calling for the admin team to be re enstated in 2010 heidi astro and rob rod n ray work hard to do whats best for this club the are long serveing members as well and they do alot behind the scenes that was as memebrs never see.i want them back not because they are good freinds but because they do the best they can.im not interested in what people think of me but i think we need to let the dust settle on this for 09 and next yr come back with a fresh perspective.

i have alot of time for all the members here wether your in NSW or other states , i am involved with a registerd bike club that has 4 chapter in NSW and this crap thats going on can fracture this club right down the middle i have seen it in other big clubs and its never the same.we all talk about how we are family so let pull together and keep our club together guys
