This has always been so but was not made public until it was discovered that that our (being in a position to know) were making use of this "loop hole"  to save their own arses ( yes, everyone gets nailed sooner or later, even ).  It's a simple equation really........ time x exposure= you're done sunshine  :pi_money:

Write to them & explain the circumstances but don't get too defensive.
