Congrats to simmo on his first 1.58 60ft.thats with stock gearing and 4 factory pro stacks of course.Sort of blows the theory that you need mega short gearing to 60ft.Maybe with all factory shorts perhaps.(less bottom end).Unfortunately missing 3rd gear shift limited his time to 9.78 at 140mph(suspected slipping clutch too).yes this time was without a brick and RAISING the rear seemed to help keep the front on the ground.I was there to spectate with my bike and weighed my bike with the front wheel on the scale first, then both wheels. It appears my busa carries some 30lb more on the front tyre than the rear.I raised my links up about 30mm and the front weight went UP about 5lb.(2+kg).Oh yeah pulling the can off slowed simmo down too.Doing a 1.5 doesn,t sound as good to an outsider as an et,but to those that know,to do that at stock length was previously just leonards domain and very impressive.Well Done dude.
