is this the norm

hi everyone, i just wondering if this is the norm ,when the bike is idleing if i turn full lock on the bars [without moving]to the left its fine but when i turn full lock to the right the revs increase i bit, anyone have this problem or am i just being fussy

It means that your accelerator cable is binding somewhere or is not adjusted for the correct slackness.
I suggest that you just lift the tank and track the cables. Pretty easy adjustment if they are too tight.

thanks busgo now i know its not the norn i will check it out when i do my service very soon' cant ride 4 while anyway due to a bit of a leg injury, so its a good time to do a bit of exploring on the beast Pi_thumbsup

Hey,King. MY 2000 has done that since the day i got it.Never really bothered me enough to do anything about it. Never caused a problem,
but I must look at it one day. I recon Busco's on the money.

Check the choke cable while your there, that was the problem on mine.

both my busas have done that, but only when the fast idle/choke is applied, i dont think its a problem
