Hey all, was doing an oil change on my busa today. Upon removing the sump bolt i noticed the thread was stripped. A new oil pan is $230 + $16 for the sump gasket. I was thinking of using a helicoil to repair it, but not to sure if they have a helicoil for that size. Has anyone had this problem, and what fix did you do on it?
Any info will help. Thanks.

Hey Chunkylover, Gee we haven't heard from you for ages but great to see you still around mate.
We have had this discussion a lot before of course because it is a common problem.
