Not bothering to pull up speeding cars, making an extra effort to pull over motorcyclists.
Extra effort to single out bikes into RBT, let cars either side go.
Pulled over more often by patrol cars for an RBT, don't happen in the car.
No I have no faith they will handle their new powers in the correct manner.
You can be DAMN sure they will pull us over, not just bikies in colours, its just more of those points we are told don't exist for them to assist their climb up the ladder.
They did not need these powers, they have enough & they do not enforce them, they are power drunk & addicted, so like all of us they just want more power.
They banned the wearing of bikie colours in public already, do they enforce it, NO, just ask for more power & scare people into thinking they need them.
Fact is the bikies themselves have changed, it is little about riding bikes as more middle eastern & asian criminals move into these groups with their excessivly violent cultures.
WTF, pass the cyanide pills around, where going to the dogs or pigs if you prefer.
End rant .. for now.

We need more people like this.

A bunch of blokes riding in mismatch leathers on sport bikes shouldn't draw attention from the po-po.

Stewart even said "We make no excuses and I'm sorry for any inconvenience to the general public but if they've done nothing wrong they've got nothing to fear from our people", probably the same as being pulled up for an RBT.

Why protest something designed to lower crime rates and make pubs and clubs safer for everyone else.

"Attorney General Jarrod Bleijie said while the legislation will target only criminal motorcycle gang members, he did flag consequences for other bike riders.

"There will be some disruption to law abiding motorbike riders but we want to avoid the disruption as best we can but the police have a job to do," said Mr Bleijie."

We know the intent is to target Outlaw clubs but there will be a flow on effect to everybody riding in the southeast ! If not all of Queensland. Just have to see how this unfolds and how we get viewed open by the Police. Most of my riding is on weekends with 3 or more bikes.

With the amount of drunk drivers, drug drivers, unlicensed drivers,
"away with fairies" females in Hyundai's with pink personal plates,
young guys on P-plates who think they are the next Brock and the
general state of driving and piss poor roads, being pulled over by a
cop is not going to shorten my life expectancy.

That's how it would be seen by any other minority group that was singled out.

What are the grounds of reasonable suspicion?

Where are the PC bleeding heart defenders of all now?

yeah I think ur right kendo,if it was 3 muslems or 3 aboriginies or 3 of anything 4 that matter the general puplic would b jumpin up nd down nd screamin like a cat with a cracker up it arse about it,but because they've all been so brain washed about how BAD bikies r no one say's crap, unfortunatly 4 us bikers we r seen as being the same as bikies.

damn right dan,the more we sit back nd take it up the clacker the harder they'll push,it wont just b the clubbies nd their colours[THEY WILL PRAY IN ALL OF US]this is just the foot in the door as it were, yeah we need a protest ride I think.

Funny thing that. Between the link above & the link below, Julia Gillard's 4 x Over The Legal Blood Alcohol Limit Convicted Drunk Driver Boyfriend was in fact sighted at the Kangaroo Valley Hotel whilst on a so called "Charity Ride" speaking to a couple of the alleged "members".

You don't have to be a nuclear scientist to work out who got em off the hook, just a brain injured victim of a drunk woman driver on an Australian Road.

If I'm stopped, whatever, I've got nothing to hide, I obey the laws of the land. I'll just get it done and go, I WILL NOT, However, be told that I cannot ride with friends in a group no larger than 2 without being targetted as a threat to society.

Well, protest rally held in Mackay attracted 130 bikes, approx 30 patched members.

Approx 30 police, uniformed & detectives.

All bikes were detained & only allowed to leave after they presented themselves in groups of 4 to the police for licence checks then Drug & Alcohol testing.

So it starts....

Its not a well known fact but outlaw motorcycle clubs make up about 1% of the criminal activity in australia , it all seems a big waste of police resources for that 1%
