So i give Andy a call after the missus saying "why dont you just got to Frazers 5km's away"

My answer is "yeh honey why would i want to drive 40km's on a fresh saturday morning with not a cloud in the sky".

So i go down and see Andcad....

Pro's:

Firendly guy
up front
knowledgable
gave me hints, tips and guidance
had the exact pegs i needed
helped me crack 4 screws i couldnt get undone
gave me advice on install of my undertail
hospitable
told me about the "stand mod"

Cons...

soft drink was too cold and i got brain freeze

Thanks again Andy, good to meet you and thanks for your time on saturday morning.

Ok.... I know this will be a crazy old thread revival, but beats starting yet another one for the same topic.

I have a question... I have bought and installed the buell pegs and love them, but the standard springs don't fit very well at all... Has anyone used a different return spring or can anyone think of one off another bike I could use? I was thinking perhaps the buell springs but have never seen them so not sure. Just thought I'd throw it out there.

Thanks in advance

I need something with an internal diameter of 12mm or bigger.
