I ran 16/43 on standard chain no worries. According to gearing commander it is 9mm closer swing arm length. I think 16 45 would be pushing it , as it is 17.5 shorter than stock, and probably wouyldnt ... |

BTW, 16 on the front is the cheapest and definitely fits, makes a noticable difference. I think it actually makes the speedo more accurate, as they tend to read higher than actual from the factory.

There is a site called gearing commander.has all the info on all bikes including what the swing arm length is compared to stock, so you know if it will fit. |

I have done a similar thing to a dirtbike radiator, but not using Knead it. I used epoxy, and created a dam, and poured it into the area to be fixed. Worked a treat! |
