Only waiting on 1 more place to get back to me about accommodation, The Bush Inn New Norfolk. There will be a few options for singles (limited upgraded rooms need to be used at some places but at an extra cost) but each stop will have a private room for all couples and any shared rooms will be single sex.
1 place has asked for a deposit a month before tour (hoping that my Cr card # might be good enough lol) but it did get me thinking...... Anyone against paying for all accommodation before the new year starts? That way you don't need to pay out each day and you are 110% locked in for a bed?

Accommodation is now sorted... the last place I was waiting on never got back to me so I found somewhere else

I have broken the costs into 3 tiers due to all the different accommodation styles

1 COUPLES
This represents a min of own room with a double bed that is not shared with anyone else. There is some options of upgrading to a room with an ensuite where possible.
$39 p/p/n
$195 p/p ALL NIGHTS
$405 TOTAL COST (including breakdown vehicle costs $15)

2 SINGLES WITH UPGRADE
while most nights singles will be in a shared room at Ross there are 10 stops that need to be filled by singles in a double/twin style motel room instead of cabin style.
$39 p/p/n
$210 p/p ALL NIGHTS (including breakdown vehicle costs $15)

3 SINGLE
will be sharing rooms with others
$36 p/p/n
$195 p/p ALL NIGHTS (including breakdown vehicle costs $15)

any upgrades options will be taken as "first in first served"

To reduce confusion I will be asking for advance payments for the above costs.

TO BE PAID before 30/11/2015 (that's 3 1/2 months to get your shit together LOL)

Don't worry too much about it...you are doing a great job, not one I'd enjoy...like herding cats...

herding cats is easy if you know the tricks....

step 1. get shot gun and shoot all the cats
step 2. put all dead cats in a wheelbarrow
step 3. move them anywhere you want LOL

Tier 2 is all full up. Only 1 spot left on tier 1 for couples and the rest is all tier 3.

Originally there were 36 invites sent to those that really wanted to join. Of those so far only 3 have pulled out.
Of these 33 i have already received payment for beds from 27.. Friggin fantastic!!!!
