D5 - playing or resting on the West Coast.... yes you can either try the roads, explore the area, walk down a mine, jet boating or steam train travel.... the choice is yours.

D6 - four stages to get you back to the boat trying to doge as much boring highway as possible. And if no delays a special treat of riding around the Tarkine rainforest... A straight run from Queenstown to Devonport would be about 2 1/2 hours and we will extend that out to about 8 hours LOL

More good work Batty.
Keep it coming mate.
I love reading the updates, I've googled all the routes and the stopovers.
To say I'm excited about this ride is an understatement.
Just lay off on the pessimistic weather forecasts.....................lol.
Good on ya Batty ,lots of effort has been put in by you and hopefully everyone who goes enjoys i know I will, must book the boat soon

I'd be booking the boat now 'ol mate.
Would be a shame to not get a passage when needed, and it would help to firm up the numbers.
If Sunday is booked out then try Saturday and I will ride down to meet you and set up some simple fun in the Tamar Valley region then back to boat for everyone else on Minday morning....
Or worse case book it for Sunday Day trip and i will greet you.
Even if it's only Mondy night trip give me a call and you will be in Launceston by 8:30am ready to join us for the next day of riding....
FYI.....

I will have my laptop available at end of each day for people to download any footage/pictures of their day's ride. Everyone that's wants to will have their own folder and I will upload all folders to my google drive so that you can access them when you get home. There has also been an offer to edit all footage to make 1 movie of trip from several points of view.

Also I will have available a USB hub in the 4x4 so you can use my vehicle to recharge cameras if needed.

and Frank-Oh can been kind enough to design as Batty's Tassie Tour 2016 t-shirt LOL
a txt is going out tonight so if you don't get one please start yelling at me
